Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Select your preferred style, size, and color, then proceed to checkout.
After payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation or change by emailing us at support@woonhhop.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.


How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: $12

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $139
    (After discounts, before tax)


When will my order be shipped?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take 5–7 business days

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships


When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on carrier transit time and your location within the U.S.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.


What if my package is delayed or lost?

Delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues.
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact support@woonhhop.com, and we’ll assist you.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free of makeup stains, odors, or damage

Final Sale and custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customers cover return shipping for personal preference returns (size, style, fit)

  • We cover return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider


Exchanges

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or style, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order.


Size & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Chart and measure yourself carefully.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up, especially for fitted or non-stretch designs.


Are your dresses true to size?

Fit may vary by design. Some dresses feature heavy embellishments or structured silhouettes, which may feel more fitted than everyday clothing.
Always review the product description for fit and stretch details.


Can you help me choose a size?

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom-made dresses?

Yes, select styles may be available for custom orders.
Production timelines and shipping dates are confirmed through consultation with our professional service team.

Please note: Custom-made items are final sale, unless there is a quality issue.

How should I care for my dress?

Due to delicate fabrics and embellishments:

  • Hand wash gently or dry clean recommended

  • Do not machine wash

  • Store flat or hang carefully to protect details

Always follow the care instructions provided with your garment.
