1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, protective packaging, and accessories must be intact

Items must be free of makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, stains, or odors
Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, including clearance items or products discounted over 50%, are not eligible for return
Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Dresses made according to specific measurements or custom requests are considered final sale

These items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please email us at:
Include the following information in your email:

Your order number

Photos of the item(s) (and the issue, if applicable)

The reason for return
Our support team will review your request and respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Returning Your Item
Once your return is approved:

You will receive return instructions and shipping guidance

Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit

Include your packing slip or order number inside the package
Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost

If the return is due to personal preference (size, style, fit), the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style:

Submit a return request for the original item

Place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved
This helps ensure faster processing and availability.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at support@woonhhop.com with your order number

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above
8. Defective or Damaged Items
Although each item is inspected before shipment, if you receive a defective or damaged product:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Include clear photos showing the issue
We will arrange a return at no cost to you and offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
